Excellent traditional food

Very basic lodging- a good walk (30 min) from town. Very safe- residential/shops area. Probably a little more interesting in warmer weather with the pool!

I liked the idea of the decor- old and traditional. The linens and towels were super clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast on the second day we were there was pretty good. The hotel was located in an interesting part of Tirana that was mostly locals, and there were lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby.

Charming place

The location is perfect. Close to centrum but very quiet. We were surprised when we saw the building, from outside it looks like nothing else in the area. Inside the hotel is very unique. The pool area in the middle is magical! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We also had a nice traditional dinner and lovely cold beers! The room was spacious and very clean. We would definitely come back!

The setting, the food, the crowd, the architecture, a true gem in the city. The manager was very helpful and accommodated to all our special requests (baby safe food and flexibility throughout our stay)

In need of decorating particularly the bathroom. No plugs available at reception so bath not usable. Some renovations were being completed during our stay but didn’t impact us at all.

Very cool and traditional place to stay. The host showed us to our room and spoke about the history which was super fascinating. We had to leave early morning to get to the airport, and they even got in early and provided us with some lovely warm croissants and coffee before we left!! So lovely.

My partner and I have really loved this place, we really felt as if it was a home away from home, the staff there makes you feel so welcome! We liked the location as it wasn’t right in the centre and we got to see a bit more of tirana. One of the nights we had dinner at the terrace and the food was just incredible! Everything was so clean and there was always a great smell around. Also first hotel I stay where they keep bottles of water in the mini bar for you to have for free, so appreciated. I totally recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back soon!

Building is nice, random furniture in the courtyard and corridors. Breakfast is outdoors which is great. Breakfast buffet is ok.

Great place, in a great location close to everything. Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel itself and rooms are built to resemble the old traditional houses of Tirana, which is what attracted us to book it. They have a restaurant on site. Will definitely come back again

Loved the double room. Bed was super comfy. Shower was good and room was quiet at night. Location is walkable to town. The pool area is lovely with all the tortoises living around the edge.

Pomegranate trees, wisteria and bougainvillea all around a pool, with tortoises happily plodding around munching lettuce. So idyllic. We also had a lovely lunch here. Staff very helpful, rooms large and comfortable and with a/c.
